Why Mormons Build Temples

I felt that this beautifully explained most of my sentiments regarding the Temple. It is a place of beauty, peace, and a place that I make sacred covenants with God. I have never been in a place where I have felt closer to God. For those who are my dear friends but are not members of this church, know that, that which goes on in the temple is not secret... just very sacred.
